+ Some thoughts about this picture +

Many people think that it's not Post Mortem, but what if it could be? I just need to tell my opinion about this sad photo. In my opinion seems to be after he died. Pelle was full of blood and his eyes were rolled back like a dead person. You guys know how much i love Pelle and i want that he will be respected in the future. For many years i was not sure that was when he was alive, so i preferred to be silent about it. But after i looked it clearly i made up my supposition, that is the following: Øystein, changed his outfits after he found the body and put a bandage on his bloody head. But before this, he took the sad picture that we all know. I wanna believe that it's not a post mortem, but for me, it clearly is. That's why on the Tribute Page i never shared this picture. It hurts to see this picture around and many times i looked at it and i convince myself that could be a post mortem picture. If for you it's not, feel free to tell me your opinion about it. I just needed to write it down.

+ Pelle Ohlin 8 April +

Today is a sad day for Dark Creatures and even for me. We have lost a legend 28 years ago and he will always be remembered. His family will never been alone to this pain. He was not a special singer only, but an artist as well. Certain people described him as weird guy but for me he will never be. He was different from the major part. Rest In Peace Pelle. You will be always missed.

+ Pelle's Birthday +

On January 16, 1969 in Vasterhaninge, was born a legend of Black Metal. Years later he will be appreciated by his fans all around the world. He will always be remembered and missed by his family, friend and fans from all around the world. His music arrived in all the corners, helping people with depression, self harm and anxiety. The song "Freezing Moon" is a poetic symphony about darkness and solitude, a symbol for Black Metal community that still influences many bands and musicians. He was a talented artist, with many drawings he sent to friends, musicians and magazines worldwide. He started to listen KISS, Iron Maiden, Motorhead until he found Destruction, Venom and Bathory. At that time didn't exist a heavier genre like these last two and this brought him to be heavier. He started to watch horror movies like Evil Dead, Bad Taste and Cannibal Ferox, his favourites and his passion grew so much until he formed Morbid band but after one year or so, things were not going well and he left the band to join in Mayhem. Things started to be seriously for him, so serious that he cut himself once in a concert, but i don't think that guy was the real Pelle. Per Yngve Ohlin, was a sensitive guy with a dark sense of humour always with a smile on his face and he will be remembered in this way. He succeded to create this dark image, that he was even ready to "bleed" for his music, which could be risky to do. But this risk was fundamental for this kind of music, dark and heavier than some other music in this world. Today, after 28 years from his death, his fans listen Mayhem like these songs were composed yesterday and this thanks to him.

+ Rest In Peace Pelle +

After some years here I am again with a new post finally. It has passed so much time and well 7 years since I created this blog for people who are not on Facebook and maybe they can't see all my posts. I hope to write more often but I don't know. Anyway today is a sad day for Pelle and his family. 27 years without him are too much to deal with. We lost a great musician, singer and a talented lyricist. On April 8 is not simply dead a person but a real black metal vocalist. We all know and appreciated instantaneously the Freezing Moon lyrics. Poetic, sad like a normal Edgar Allan Poe's ones but with something more. A real contact with the moon, like was possible touch her and follow its light in the dark. The moon like a cold creature that enlights all the ground. The moon of Pelle's. And then other amazing lyrics like "Funeral Fog" describing the Transylvanian woods and darkness. The fog that makes you blind and you hear voices from afar, maybe from another dimension. Yes, these were the favourite Pelle's themes in his lyrics and it will be remembered for many years to come.

After so much time i want to say Happy Birthday to this great Black Metal Singer of all time. He deserves all the respect from his fans and i think with the Tribute Page we reached a very awesome result!!! I'm very happy i have reached more than 14000 fans from all around the world.
